Registration

Registration with (URL of Narayan Jewelers) is made simple and easy with just a few steps and it is free of cost.

User has to enter their personal information such as Name, Address and Phone number. Personal information includes Date of Birth, which Narayan uses to verify the user’s age. After registration, user may change their personally identifiable information such as the login password in their profile by logging into their account and it is always advisable not to share your login details with anyone and to update the password at periodic intervals to keep it protected.

User Info

User ID is required for users to login and purchase. You can create a user ID and set a password. The choice of User ID is based on the availability of the user name. If you ever forgot your password, make use of the ’Forgot Password’ link in the login page. You will be prompted to enter your registered email address. Once you enter the mail address & click ’Submit’ button you will receive a mail containing the link to reset your password. You are advised to set (or reset) a strong password which is a combination of letters, numbers & special characters.

Confirm Registration

Check the email for confirmation of registration. Use this registered email for communication with the company. You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Registration for Guest User

It is always advised to sign up to avail the benefits like: Simpler process with enhanced safety, profile management, tracking of order summary and faster processing of your enquiry.

Trademarks & Designs

The trademarks, names, logos and service marks (collectively "trademarks") displayed on this website, jewelry designs and process of making are the Intellectual Property of the website owner. Nothing contained on this website should be construed as granting any license or right to use any trademark without the prior written permission of the website owner.

The Customer agrees, acknowledges, confirms and undertakes that in any event and at any point of time whatsoever the Customer shall not do all or any of the following:

(a) tamper with or alter Seller's trade mark, service mark, symbol, marking, abbreviations thereof or any brand or hallmark symbol displayed/etched/stamped on the Product(s), or

(b) add, in any manner whatsoever, any trade mark, service mark, symbol, marking, abbreviations thereof or any brand or hallmark symbol on the Product(s) or

(c) Do or cause to be done any act or thing, directly or indirectly impairing or affecting the right, title and interest of the Seller to the Intellectual Property Rights in relation to the Product(s). The term "Intellectual Property Rights" shall include but not be limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, designs, artistic work or other proprietary rights protected under law from time to time. In this respect the Customer agrees, acknowledges and confirms that making copy/copies of the Product(s) is a violation of Seller's Intellectual Property Rights and is prohibited under this Agreement.

General Terms

1. Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. At times, the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or smaller than the actual size in order to show the entire item. Narayan Jewelers shall not be liable for any legal action on this account. The Metal colour /gem and stones may look different then actual, due to the visual difference between actual and virtual.

2. Orders are normally considered complete only after the payment has been received by the owner. To confirm the orders, owner will send the Dispatch confirmation mail to the customer.

3. You can cancel your order for a product at no cost any time before we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail relating to that product. You can cancel one order item within an order without cancelling the entire order if the order contains 2 or more order items.

4. Weights mentioned in the product description are approximate weights and may vary. The Price appearing on the website is not based on the weight basis and is MRP of the product.

5. Owner of this website does not warrant that the functions contained in content, information and materials on the website and / or services, including, without limitation any third party sites or services linked to the website and / or services will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that the defects will be rectified, or that the website or the servers that make such content, information and materials available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the website and/or services are accessed at your own risk, and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss of data that results from such download to your computer system.

7. You hereby indemnify, defend, and hold Narayan Narayan Jewelers, Narayan Narayan Jewelers' distributors, agents, representatives and other authorized users, and each of the foregoing entities' respective resellers, distributors, service providers and suppliers, and all of the foregoing entities' respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, representatives, harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, liabilities and costs arising from your use of the website.

8. The Parties hereto agree that each of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall be severable, if any part of this website Disclaimer is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.

9. As per the guidelines mandated by the Government of India, a customer has to provide the Permanent Account Number (PAN) for all purchases above INR 2 lakh.

10. All disputes, with respect to the products and services offered in this connection, parties are agreed to have courts in Vadodara shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all controversies arising under this agreement.

11. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, Narayan Narayan Jewelers takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

Shipment and delivery

1. Narayan Narayan Jewelers aims to deliver the shipments in _____ to ______ working days, subject to the availability of the products in the or in the factory. There may be some delay which may take more than _______ working days to procure or to design. In such case, the customer will be promptly communicated and made aware of the situation.

2. Delivery guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the shipping agent or the courier company. Any inaccuracy in the name or address or inconsistency of the recipient’s presence during delivery shall result in non-delivery of the product.

3. Estimated duration for delivery indicated in Terms and Conditions commence from the date of dispatch and are for guidance purpose only and may vary invariably.

No Exchange & Buy Back Policy

1. Currently we do not have Exchange policy since products are made of precious metal, diamonds, and gems.

2. We do not buy back any products sold.

Cancellation of Orders, Return and Refund Policy

1. The Company delivers the jewelry in a multi sealed boxes, polythene bags.

2. Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing an order.

    • The order may be cancelled by addressing an email to us or by calling and cancelling the orders at the given customer care number.

    • In the event an order is cancelled, which is accepted as cancelled then we will refund the money sent to us by you within 15 working days.

Online return Policy

Our return policy is clearly defined for each product on its page.

1. Products are not eligible for returns.

2. All products are sold and supplied in a company sealed box, containing company sealed transparent polythene bag. Each of the accessories, hangings are packed in a separate polythene bag. In case the seal of the bag is broken or if the polythene bag is tempered, the Company will not take the product back.

3. Please check and inspect the product well, before opening the polythene bag. Opening of the polythene bag will be construed as acceptance of the product.

4. The Company follows state of the art pre dispatch quality check processes so as to ensure Complaint free sales and delivery. In case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may get in touch with us immediately. We will request you to kindly email us the photographs of the product, captured in a sealed condition, without opening the polythene bag/s. Upon receiving such photographs, appropriate decision will be taken by our customer care team.

5. If your item is returnable, please note: Items arriving after the 7 day return policy will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

6. Please write to us by email …@............com or call us at the customer care number and state the reason of your return in the subject line of the email. Our customer care team will authorise the return and issue you the courier details.

7. Our store administrators, having absolute discretion, on receiving the products may approve or reject your return request, regarding which you will be notified by email.

8. Our Customer Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue a return authorization number and a courier packing label for you to use.

9. Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will not be processed. Returns of goods that are not in their original packaging will not be accepted and refused.

10. Please note that products should be in original condition for them to be eligible for return. The product should be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and all packaging, labels and tags must remain intact and be attached with the item. If these are not available the product will not be eligible for return.

11. Once the goods have been received by us and if the goods are as per our return policy we will then process your refund. Please note the refund takes about 15 days to be processed and returned to your account

12. All returns, refunds are subject to the discretion of the Company.
